All appointments must be booked online via our booking system.
A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your appointment.
No payment is taken upfront unless a deposit is stated.

Some services or stylists may require a non-refundable deposit.
Deposit amounts are clearly stated during the booking process.
Deposits are deducted from the final bill at your appointment.

Please provide at least 24 hoursβ notice for cancellations or changes.
You can manage your appointment via the booking confirmation email.
Cancellations with less than 24 hoursβ notice may result in a 50β100% cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost to the card on file.
Clients who miss appointments without notice may be restricted from future bookings.

Arriving late may shorten your treatment time or lead to rescheduling.
If youβre more than 10β15 minutes late, we may need to cancel and charge a late/no-show fee.

Some treatments (e.g., lash lifts, tints) require a patch test 24β48 hours prior.
It is your responsibility to book and attend this before your appointment.
